I trained principally with Spectrum (Centre for Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy) and the Gestalt Centre (London).

My diploma is in Gestalt Counselling and I have also undertaken specialist training in:-

* Bereavement Counselling

* Intimate Relationships

* Sexuality

* Humanistic Psychotherapy

* Psycho-analytical concepts

I have undertaken over 12 years of personal development work, which I consider to be an essential part of my training.

I am committed to ongoing training as a means to maintain, deepen and expand my skill and take time out each year to attend professional training workshops, conferences and seminars. Currently my focus is on Relational Gestalt as well as a continuing interest in gender dysphoria.

As a British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) Senior Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist I am bound by its codes of Ethics and Practice and subject to its Complaints Procedure.

I am in ongoing professional supervision in accordance with the BACP codes of Ethics and Practice.

I am a member of the London Bereavement Network (LBN) and the Gender Trust.
